Yes, WordBiz is compatible with Windows 10 64bit. I've downloaded the latest version available on the official website and I've installed it on Windows 10 x64. The software works, but as required, you need a username and password to be able to log in and play with other users that are also connected. The latest version is 1.8.7.
When installing, right click the setup and choose Run as Administrator.
Is there any chance that Wordbiz will be available for the iPad so I can play ISC scrabble?

No, WordBiz is an application developed exclusively for the Windows and Macintosh operating systems. You can't download and install it on the iPad which is running the iOS operating system. However, if you use the App Store found on the iPad and search for Scrabble, I believe many other alternatives will be shown instead that you can install and play.
WordBiz is an application that doesn't have support for Android phones. This software is developed to run on MacOSX, Linux and Windows OS. There is no info or compatibility mode to run it on Android.
I have enjoyed playing scrabble with ISC for several years. A few days ago, Wordbiz would not connect me. I uninstalled, re-installed, called my anti-virus support, etc., but still no connection. What could be the cause?

I have connected to the application and created a username, then downloaded and installed it. I connected to the servers and everything was working normally. The game had an issue with the servers due to a server crash, but now you can log in normally. The outage is gone and the servers are populated again. At the time of connection, there were approximately 2000 players in 700 games.
I have registered on WordBIZ and thoroughly enjoy the games. Sadly, I have encountered a spiteful player and now wish to change my handle to a completely new one. The two I have are "hoppit" and the other "whoknows" both of these are known to the offender. How can I re register with new names? I also advise that un-installed my original program due to this issue. So I need to install a new run at the same address.

There is a page where you can register before installing and using the application. The link is provided below. Simply use a browser to access it and then add your data. If you want you can make a new email address and use that instead.
There was a server crash and the players were unable to connect to the game. The outage lasted some time, but now it's available for logging in. I have registered a username and downloaded the application. Everything was working just fine. At the time of log-in there were approximately 2000 players connected and 700 available games.
How old is this ISC Wordbiz platform/ website? Thanks.

Have you tried resetting your password or contacting the support team for assistance?

Try getting in touch with the developers: http://www.isc.ro/en/help/contact.html
To recover your password, you need to visit the page at ISC and use your credentials. If everything is correct, a new password will be issued to you.
